Today I bought a bracelet. It might look like any ordinary bracelet but trust me, it is way more than that. "Each year over 10,000 girls are taken from Nepal to be sold into sexual slavery. The average age is 14, though some are as young as six. Tiny Hands International believes that prayer will play a major role in the eradication of this justice. Pray for a girl who is vulnerable to trafficking; one being trafficked at this moment, or one who is currently enslaves in a brothel. Pray for the conversation of traffickers, brothel-owners and those who abuse these innocent children. Pray that their eyes will be able to see God's Truth."
This bracelet is a reminder to pray each day for these girls. They are made my girls who have been victim of the Nepal sex industry. The braided black band represents the darkness and bondage of trafficking and the stone represents my adopted girl. It's gold because it represents God's light of hope.
Don't worry sweetie, I'm praying for you every day.
